Perfect location! The rooms open towards the Port Campbell foreshore and there are lots of restaurants outside. The rooms were very well kept and the arrangements for late check-in were so smooth. Absolutely loved the experience.

Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer. Room was ready on arriving and well cleaned. The room was updated abd fresh and clean. Large bathroom with condiments and good size towels.

The motel is not only great value for money, but has excellent views out to the bay and is situated opposite a very cosy cafe restaurant. The room is very clean and tidy and the reception was first class. Can not say anything critical about our experience. Glad we stayed here!

Beautifully appointed room with ocean view, a great sitting area for the afternoon and clean !!!Walkable to the pub for dinner and just an easy stay where I wish we could stay longer !

It’s one of the best accommodation options available in the small town of Port Campbell, and located 15mins drive away from Twelve Apostles. Average nightly accommodation range from $80-$200, which is really reasonable. Rooms are cosy and spacious. Choose the room nearest to the main road, you could hear splendid ocean waves hitting the beach at night. 12 Rocks Cafe and Beach Bar right opposite serves really good food too!

Stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Really convenient location (Friendly Grocery across the road, beach is across the corner), room is big and clean, has the expected amenities. Saw a lot of rabbits chilling in the afternoon. Great spot

Stayed 4 nights over new years in an ocean view premier suite. The view was spectacular and the location perfect for easy walking access to all port Campbell has to offer. Troy is very welcoming and attentive. Looking forward to visiting again.

My wife and I stayed here recently while exploring the coastline, and it was brilliant. By far the easiest accommodation experience I've ever had!I booked online via their website, and when we arrived popped my head into reception and met Troy who gave me a heads up on some good food nearby, told me my key was in the door, and that was it. So simple and straightforward, which I appreciate so much.Lovely spot looking down to the beach, good hot water system (it was cold!), nicely decorated and furnished room with comfortable bed, tea and coffee etc - absolutely everything we needed.Hope to visit again sometime and will stay here without a second thought.
