It was Very bad & unpleasurable experience. There was a customer service represantative at the front (Lebanese appearance with hijab) during my visit. Her behavior was not up to the customer service standard. Never going to recommend anyone to visit this medical centre.

Customer services is too poor. Staff behavior not professional. We have done child vaccination 2 weeks ago, but they didn't updated in the system. Today I talked to them, staff voice was bit rude.

One receptionist named Fahmi was very rude and her behavior is quite unprofessional…. She should be kicked out as she is damaging the reputation of that health center… she behaves very racist to particular Bangladeshi Pakistani Indian people so indirectly discourages these particular people not to visit that center….

I saw Dr. Graeme Scarr. He was thorough, he cared, he listened. He was smart enough to read my history and then ask me what I wanted. Even though he was over worked due to the Public Holidays, he was able to help me and show me that somebody cared. Thanks Doc, God bless you and your family, have a nice holiday, well earned. Peter

Friendly admin. I didn't have to wait for my appointment/late to see Miriam Ghandour - Podiatrist. She gave a lot of her time for consultation and provided me with a lot of detailed information to continue with my health plan. She got out of her way to ring another specialist for more information. Very down to earth personality and empathetic. I recommend her - very knowledgeable and professional.

It is usually not too busy and usually don't need to wait too long. I've been coming here for quite a few years. The doctors here are good people. The new receptionist is really nice. It's also handy to shops, parking, Rashays.

Been going here for the longest time. Farmi (sorry if wrong spelling) is always there to greet with a smile. Always accommodating to all my questions and queries.Variety of services available to myself and the family. Doctors are also really good and understanding.
