Wonderful staff, friendly, honest, very trust worthy. They have the best apnea test and the best CPAP machine. I never go anywhere else. They look after my every need. They take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a customer!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea recently and had to get a CPAP machine to treat my condition. I had an appointment with Trina from the Bloom Pharmacy and she made my experience and transition into this new process for me so easy and accepting. It's the first time I came here for my script done and the service was very fast and Trina explained to me my medications very detailed, she is very knowledgeable, caring and patience. I will come back this pharmacy for sure and highly recommended.

I contacted Blooms The Chemist Essendon, spoke to Madison asking if they stocked shower stools.Madison was extremely helpful and polite advising yes they did.I drove to collect the stool and Madison was again very friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you Madison it was an absolute pleasure.

Very informed and friendly pharmacists who are willing to help you out. I came in for a specific prescription medication which I had been struggling to find stocked anywhere (I had already been to two other chemist's looking for it) and they were able to supply it. However the only box they had left didn't have the same number of pills as on my script so the pharmacist found a get-around method to dispense the medication to me without using up my script. They put your care first.This pharmacy also does covid-19 vaccines.

I have been suffering from hyperhidrosis for years. I have no confidence when it comes to shaking hands or touching anything. I tried to put up with it but I know I have look for help as it’s effecting my performance and confidence at work. I went to the chemist with no clue what to look for and was too shy to ask for help. Trina noticed how hopeless I was and came to check on me. She was then patiently explaining to me about my condition and that It’s a very common condition so I don’t have to be shy to ask her if I have any questions. She then went through different options in terms of medications and cream that available to treat it and even mentioned some surgical treatments if I want to look into.
