Rock climbing walls are amazing! Great fun for for kids especially older kids 5+, but not sure why there were teenage kids running around like maniacs through the 2 year old section. Was very annoying there was no one policing it- was scaring my little girl and they were pushing past her a running around and around again. Seemed like the were were way too many kids there aswell not sure how that works with social distancing.

Although the check in for my sons party was not nice. The whole party was fantastic. Our host even though young. Did a great job.Love the food and the fact that once your time is up in the private room, you already have a reserved table to continue with the fun. THANK YOU!!!

We hired out the place to have our son's 10th birthday party and everything was perfect!! The food was great, the kids loved the climbing and play area, but it was the staff that really surprised us - in the best way! We couldn't get over how nice and helpful everyone was. We've done quite a few parties over the years and the service we received here was second to none. A big thank you to everyone involved.

I had my son’s first birthday party this past weekend at Funtopia - we hired out the whole venue for the night. The manager Sam was so helpful leading up to the event and communicated with me afterwards to see how we went. All the guests - babies, kids and adults had something fun to do. Their rock climbing area was a party favourite. The staff were amazing on the night and the food wa delicious. Highly recommend!

Good staff, friendly. The pizza is not so good. The dough is less impressive than a rabbit in an Easter parade. Cheap in other items but eatable

We booked for private event for my sons 5th Birthday and it was the best choice I made. Staff were very friendly, helping the kids and parents with climbing and so helpful during the whole event. They made it an absolute breeze. They allowed 45min prep, and also allowed catering with staff also helping with tidy up. Kids and adults had a blast, we will definitely be back!

We booked for climbing - didn't get to into the climbing 'area' until 20 minutes after selected booked time due to lack of staff and over numbered. There was 40 kids climbing when they told us it was only supposed to be the 33. There was not enough staff to help the kids - as parents are not allowed in the climbing area at all. Safety briefing we could barely hear (even with a microphone) as the music was so loud and again the playarea was overfull and noisy. So many better places to go - don't waste your time or money.

Place is tidy and clean. It needs more seating for parents to have a drink while waiting for their children to do rock climbing or at the play area. The table that I sat was busy as parents kept standing behind me to take pictures of their children doing rock climbing which is annoying.

Have been here a couple times before, but just had a birthday party there with 20 kids. Great value, very well organised and the kids loved it. Thanks to Alex our party organiser who made everything run so smoothly. Food was good.. feedback is that they were amazing wedges (all eaten before I could try one!). Very memorable experience.
