Unprofessional and deceiving. They are an absolute scam. They took my iPad in for repairs, took way longer than they said, and the screen was unresponsive. I asked them to fix it, and they made it even worse. Now they refuse to do anything about it, and have said I should’ve paid hundreds more if I wanted it fixed. A horrible experience, and now my device is ruined.
