50 cent for a small container sauce. Napkins charged additional 20 cent. So Ridiculous. Extremely poor service from a fat chubby lady height around 1.55m.

Good Hong Kong style BBQ meats. They sell out of popular meats so go early (before 2pm).

Uncle Bill’s is a hidden gem in a quiet corner of Australia Fair shopping centre. It’s a small no nonsense eatery serving better than ‘big’ restaurant freshly roasted meats. Uncle Bill's has been dishing up his amazing Hong Kong style Cantonese food for many years at AustFair. Surviving through pandemic restrictions and no tourists is testimony to how good his food is.We always make a point of visiting Uncle Bill's on every trip to the Gold Coast. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality of his food. We always order 2 choices of roast meat with rice and wonton noodle soup. The roast duck is juicy and roast pork with crispy skin are favourites. They also have char sui bbq pork, roast and soy chicken dishes which the family also enjoy.Seating is available on around 8 small wooden square tables and stools which fill up quickly at lunchtime. Ordering is done at the counter and with service more transactional rather than personal.Uncle Bills is located upstairs in AustFair close to the cinema and an easy walk across the overhead bridge to the free carpark.

I don’t normally give bad reviews. I ordered crispy pork belly with rice, the crispy pork taste was good but super salty on the skin and the rice portion was way too small!!! I left the place with hungry stomach and need to get food from other places again!
