I would absolutely steer clear of this company!!!We hired an inflatable booth from Katie (PIC CHA BOOTH) for our sporting club event this year. On the night she did not turn up!After continued calls by club members on the night and being hung up on and not answering, Katie finally answered and blamed the club as we had missed one email she had sent requesting our theme. Even though the club had paid IN FULL over a month prior to the event. Yes, we did miss the email, however, as a decent business owner I believe she should have followed up with us as a paid client.After our event, I gave Katie (PIC CHA BOOTH) some time to make contact and return our clubs money. We did not hear from her for over 4 weeks! I then sent her an email requesting the funds. I did not receive a reply. I then sent her a second email explaining the executive committee would need to take this further if we did not receive the funds. We still have never heard from her or received an apology however, the funds have now been returned. I would never hand my money over to someone who runs a business like this. I feel if we were not a club we may have had a very difficult time receiving our money back. BE VERY CAREFUL! For a local business woman to treat a local sporting club like this, it is very dodgy.
