The Physio Space - Bowral

Ive been going to the Physio space for a few months for a range of issues and have seen 3 different Physios for different areas.They are all amazing, polite, friendly and know their stuff.I’ve seen improvements in chronic headaches, I had my lower back issues completely sorted after my second baby and have had ultrasound therapy for blocked ducts/mastitis just last week.It’s hard to get in sometimes but you know they’re good when the demand is that high. I’ve had 2 emergency appointments where I’ve woke in the morning and been in so much pain and they squeezed me in that day. And recently I was squeezed in 3 consecutive days outside of normal hours.And the receptionists are beautiful humans too.Definitely worth a visit.

I broke my elbow recently just after my 40th Birthday. After I was put back together again there was work to do to get me back to full mobility. I found Matt at the physio space to be super knowledgeable around my injury, strong and able to subtly change my elbows resistance. This along with his easy going personality meant that to get back to full mobility within 6months. Thank you to all the friendly staff at the physio space starting at front reception with Caroline and to Matt and Bec for creating the physio space to heal the highlands. Kate Kobayati
