Friendly staff. Clean Hospital. I was there for a procedure, the staff were very helpful and polite. Nurse who attended me, sorry I am not good with names, I think it was Sandra, she was so sweet and caring I would recommend this place and five stars for the place was clean and the staff were very professional. Thank You

If you want pathology...avoid. I had a referral from Eastern Health. At the door I was turned away. Leave and phone for an appointment. There's nothing on the referral about phoning and Box Hill Oncology said I could just turn up. Not acceptable for urgent oncology testing.I went to Dorovitch Pathology around the corner and was in and out in a little over 5 minutes. That's good service.

I think the security guards do a great job there very friendly and extremely helpful but can’t say that about the lady on reception today 6/10/22 @ 12.20pm so so rude to the security guard when he asked a question in front of patients waiting ,,, also very abrupt on the phone all other staff have always been very pleasant but not this lady she let the whole team down today no need to be rude no matter how busy you are and if you can’t handle being in reception on your own ask for help !

It was excellent experience.I been there for my procedure i had really good experience very friendly and nice staff.There was a nurse named Melinda she was excellent very friendly and great service by her.All other nurses and staff was really really great.

Had day surgery and loved that this clinic was not too big and felt like a private hospital. Nurse Maxine was exceptional, a great experience.

My daughter had day surgery a few months ago the best service one can wish for - plenty of parking - the hospital was so clean and well managed - waiting area was clean and tidy.
