Cheap computer parts but 2 out of 3 times I have had to return items that had problems. You can expect to be patronised in particular by the smart*ss kid with long hair, who will roll his eyes at you and call you names in another language. Rude staff, shop elsewhere.

I went to their shop at Miranda, very good service, Very quick repairs, only problem is that it's very hard to find. It is on level one of Miranda Westfield a few shops down from telstra. Overall great shop with great service

This place destroyed my phone. They are con artists, I found out that they sell the parts of your iPhone and replace them with dodgy fake parts and sell the real parts they take from your phone when the repair" it on the black market . THIS PLACE WILL DESTROY YOUR PHONETHESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS"

I took my mom’s phone for a battery replacement.The boy who replaced the battery short circuited my phone screen and after he replaced the battery he switched on the phone and the screen got all the lines and was not responding.I immediately told him that it was working very well before I handed it to him and he went to his mom who is inside the office and she came yelling to me that it was already broken before and shouted to go anywhere police, judge, fairwork I don’t care!She spoke to him in chinese and said we will no do your job take the phone and go wherever you want.This was rude and unprofessional and I request no one to go there unless you get all the video proofs.Very unethical and unprofessionalYour downfall is very near

My family have been coming here for year's for phones computers and everything electronical. Since their expansion their repairs are terrible and not as affordable
