Express Nails

The design lady in this place is incredible. everywhere else I went no one knew how to do the design I wanted except for her. The customer service is great and the owners are lovely people. Would definitely recommend.

The first time I went there they did my nails nicely, they stayed on for 5 weeks and no problems. I went there a second time and this lady filed my nails and made them bleed, 3 of them. She also made the design wrong and didn’t listen to me when I tried correcting her. The second time the nails only lasted for 1 week. It’s a hit or miss atp idk what to tell you

Went in and asked for a buff, shaping and nail polish. The price list said $12 for real nails, $15 for acrylic nails. I was doing it on my real nails. Lady done the job & I went to pay and the guy asked for $30 I asked why first he said cause they done shellac for me and I said, “no these are my nails then didn’t put anything on” then he proceeded to say that it’s because they used “gel nail polish” I stated that it isn’t my fault what type they used in the price list poster it says buff, shaping and nail polish $12 he then pulled me from my cardigan and asked me to sit down and remove my polish. I was shocked!! I stepped back and asked why I was being charged $18 extra? He then said his gonna do a discount for me and charge me $20 and I told him it isn’t about the amount. I want to know why I’m being charged extra when it states that what I did is only for $12. Again he responded sit down I’ll remove the polish and he said I’ll still pay after it’s removed. Here I told him I’d pay the $20 and leave. He kept staying stuff as I was leaving but I didn’t respond. I was outraged by everything!

The manager is money hungry, he charged me $10 for ONE broken nail and then he mocked my friends accent and what she was saying which made us both feel uncomfortable and to not come back ever again.
