I was very happy with the Service provided by Greg at Surf Travel Insurance he explained everything I needed to Know and was very prompt in replying to emails. The quote and coverage I received way exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling. In the future I will always get a quote from Greg for any travel insurance needs.

I think they barely deserve the one star rating that I gave them.Travelled overseas last year and got stranded abroad. They were unreachable by phone and when it come to making a claim they were no help. The claim was unsuccessful so I was $1,600 out of pocket and the $280 that it cost me for insurance on top of that. Absolute waste of $280.

If you are after insurance for your surfing adventure look no further than STI. The only insurance company covering your surfboards and offering evac from all the best surfing locations around the world.

We organised travel insurance with NIB through STI for a skiing holiday in Japan in February this year. We had purchased domestic flights in Japan that were non-refundable and non-changeable. When our inbound flight into Tokyo was changed, it meant that we were unable to use those domestic flights and had to purchase new flights. NIB covered the costs of these new flights and we had the refund in our account only a few days after submitting our claim, despite a warning that there may be a delay due to a high number of other claims at the time. We couldn't be happier with the service both from NIB and STI, who I have used several times and will continue to use for all travel insurance needs.
