Billy's Day-Care for Dogs

Well organised for playgroups, puppy socialising and doggy daycare. Lots of love for all the dogs there.Easy dropoff and pickup as well, only takes a minute. Our dog is happily exhausted from the day playing with all his friends. So happy on fact that sometimes he is reluctant to leave.

We love Billy’s. Started over 4 years ago with our dog going to puppy playgroup. We now have two dogs been going to daycare for last few years. The staff are all really great with the dogs and I like how they separate the dogs not just by size but also energy levels.

We love this place for our Australian Shepherd and have been going to Billy's since she was 14 weeks and she's now nearly 2 years old. They have a big mixture of dogs, so she is super socialised and knows how to play well with digs without her herding instincts kicking in too much. She comes home exhausted often falling asleep standing up lol. Highly recommend.

I organised the first meet and greet for my puppy this morning at 6.30 AM. Once I arrived, I was told to wait for the person conducting the trial. I waited till just before 7AM before I gave up. I was so disappointed with the lack of communication and my time being totally wasted right before going to work. If anything had come up a single text message would've helped.Also, about a year or so ago I filled out the online form to enrol my other dog at Billy's, I didn't end up hearing back until months later saying they had missed the form, by which time I had organised my dog to go to a different day care.Sadly my only experience here has been really poor.

Fantastic service. Very professional, lots of space, very clean and heaps of activities for the dogs. Individual needs of dogs are well catered for. Our dog suffers from anxiety so she started in the couch club which was brilliant and she soon graduated to the open area with dogs her size and temperament. She loves it.

Staff are all lovely and friendly. Always so happy to greet our dog. She loves them and comes back exhausted everytime.

I send my two dogs here and they have the best day they literally run inside they love it so much. The ladies are so kind and lovely too I know they take great care of them, they even celebrated my dogs birthday.

The team at Billy’s are amazing and I’m so happy we decided to send Bella to their Petite Paws playgroup. She plays with dogs that are her own miniature size in a really pretty, safe and well thought out facility. I love the feedback I get from the team on how her day went and what friends she played with. She even gets to celebrate birthday parties and has goodies sent home. We see photos of Bella each visit on Facebook to see what she’s been up to.Highly recommended and great value for money, Bella is now so confident meeting dogs out at the park it’s wonderful. Great day care, my dog Miha loves it and comes back exhausted. Especially great in winter when walks in the rain can be annoying. Close to the city (10mins drive). The staff are friendly and professional.
