Fantastic Furniture

We recently bought an entire house of furniture from Fantastic Furniture Bennett's Green. My partner selected the furniture we wanted, and the helpful staff packaged this in such a way that we saved hundreds on the advertised price. The delivery staff were also friendly and efficient, leaving us thrilled with our experience overall.

Great product and value fantastic staff and service

Purchased a new lounge and rug, due to my work availability it was difficult to organise delivery via truck company, store manager Brad went above and beyond, delivered items personally to my apartment, thank you so much Brad it was a pleasure to meet you and receive exceptional customer service.

Went shopping here today for a new bed and dining table set. They had a beautiful range and it was easy to find exactly what we wanted with the assistance from Cassie she gave absolutely outstanding customer service. Super friendly and patient with us while we tried to set up payment arrangements. We can’t wait to get our furniture now. Thanks again to Cassie for being so friendly and honest.

Worst service I have ever EVER received! I would never recommend buying from here (If 0 stars was an option it would be more accurate).My brother and I went in store and were not approached for assistance in 30mins or more. We decided to approach the staff ourselves and ask about the couches we had decided to choose between. We were told that it was an 8 week wait so we may as well order now. We informed the staff member we were just looking for some more information on said couches and all she could say was it will take 8 weeks so we should order now if we wanted it. So we decided to order online instead to avoid giving any business to Bennetts Green for their pathetic service.Online turned into more of a disaster and we have now been waiting 11 weeks even though we were told it would be made AND shipped to my house in 7-8 weeks. We have been constantly trying to call for updates on our couch with no real direction of where it is or when it will be here (I have made 6 calls myself chasing it up). It is being shipped to Bennetts Green (even though I tried to order through the Newcastle store) and have tried to get an answer of when it will be delivered. All I have been told is that it will be here maybe on Wednesday (making it over 12 weeks since the order date) and that one part is already at the store but they are waiting on the rest.I will no longer be ordering from fantastic furniture, I will spend the little bit of extra money for companies that actually care about their customers and customer service.At this rate I honestly wonder if I will ever receive my couch or it was a waste of $1000 dollars.

I got my order delivered today. I was told it will be delivered between 12pm to 3 pm but it was delivered at 11:30 am and we were not home that time. I asked them to wait for 15 min. but they refused and left my order at the door. It was really heavy items that we struggled to get that in house. I had a bad experience with the delivery of fantastic furniture. Very disappointing

Only giving a one star because the review system doesn't allow for Zero stars. We purchased two pantry cupboards from this store yesterday. We were assisted (for lack of a a more accurate word) by a worker named Will, who brought the cupboards out to the loaded dock, threw the receipt on the ground and walked away to leave me and my mother (who anyone can see is disabled) to load the merchandise by ourselves. Since only one of us was able to lift, I was therefore made to load 72 KG worth of wood into our card by myself. Disgusting service; will never shop here again, would not recommend this store to anyone.

Do not recommend. In store service amazing when purchasing my lounge..but ended there. Lounge delivered and assembled. The wooden legs on the lounge were drilled in completely different positions to each other. Very noticeable. They sent someone to fix. Repositioned two legs (not properly) but not the other two. Offered a redund or replacement (but told same issue may happen again) Totally confused as to how in manufacture measurements aren't taken to place legs in same position. Opted to keep as dont have time to research another lounge...and wait another 3 months. Within 2 weeks the material has stretched, and cushions sagging slightly where we sit. Placed review on Product Review. Customer Care responded and asked to send all information and photos. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. Shoddy product, will not last 20 yrs like my previous lounge. This store is ok for small items (desks,shelves)...but would definitely not spend big here. You will be disappointed

Good clean fantastic furniture store. Have bought a few things here over the years. Some of the flat packs cna be difficult to put togeather with minimal instructions but everything had gone togeather well for the most part. Friendly staff and easy to access loading dock.

Had a issue with a desk I got, after I gave them a call after hours they got back to me the next day with multiple solutions asking which worked best for me. Management man Brad was super helpful both over the phone and in person with helping me. Absolutely fantastic, pun intended.
