This is a fantastic new clinic and the staff are great. I highly recommend Dr McMillan he has been our doctor for many years now and I can not find a better GP

So pleased to have found the right practice for me. All staff are friendly and Dr MacMillan was obviously experienced and skilful. I have total trust in his ability. He took the time to relax me before my procedure and explained what was going to happen. Definitely will go again.

Would not recommend. I wasn’t going to leave any review and just leave things be but I received an email from the clinic asking me to so here you go.Took my 3 year old last week in as she was sick. For a 2:30 appointment we waited until 3:20 to be seen, weren’t told there’s a long wait or anything, just that the doctor would see us shortly. Not the best start but I know these things happen so I was fine. We saw the doctor for a total of 3 mins, told me nothing wrong with her and to give electrolytes, and were sent away. Because we don’t have Medicare we were then charged $90, of which only half was covered through our private insurance. I was hoping this would be a good experience and could come here regularly as it’s closer to home, but after this I will never go back

I'm a new patient and was very impressed with the online booking system, online forms and e-reminders.All staff are friendly and professional. Lovely new clean clinic, spacious waiting room and a newly opened Chemist Warehouse nextdoor. Happy to pay for a medical appointment at this medical centre. Highly recommended!

Reception are great, the doctors not so much.A man that missed his appointment earlier in the day walked in and was told he'd have to wait until the patients that were on time were seen before he might be fit in later. Regardless, he made a fuss about being the doctors neighbour and that he was special enough to be seen next and only needs 10 minutes. His father was being seen at this time so he contacted the doctor through his father. The doctor then saw his neighbour in spite of what the reception staff told him.Other patients are still sitting around right now and have been waiting for over an hour since their scheduled appointment time.Terrible display of zero consideration for their patients. I'm glad there are more options in the area now because my family won't be back.

Great doctors and nurses, nice and clean practice. Will become my regular doctors now very satisfied.

All my experiences here have been negative. These Doctors are not interested in helping with advise, referrals or medications.You are better off with advise from Facebook than this clinic.

Girls on reception are lovely and each time I’ve taken myself and my kids the Doctors the doctors have listens been patient friendly and caring.

Good parking and easy access to building with no stairs. On line or phone booking receptionist was very friendly plenty of reception area seating. Doctor Tun was on time and was very approachable and helpful.

I took my son for the first time to this premise, since he had a very bad cough and I had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly, they called us in on time, and Dr. Ian was super friendly and kind with my son.
