Got my nails done for the first time and it was a nightmare. Short staffing where the lady that did my nails keep on leaving me for as she needs to do other client. My nails are not the same length and the pricing is rip off. Will not definitely come back here. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory service.

worst experience ever! money hungry robbers! I went for their $40 mani and pedi. Firstly the lady was doing my pedi started scabbing my food harshly then was complaining the whole time with her boss about my dead skins.i was fine till this then moving to mani her boss came and started pulling my dry cuticles without soaking my fingers! I have bleeding cuticles now. when I asked about soaking he nodded and made her face and still went ahead and did not even do all fingers. then moved to next step removing nail polish which I did not have on my nails and she suggested to get the get nail polish which I agreed. and her polish application was the worst. none of them seem to have any skills or customer service experience. then I went to pay a third lady came and charged $55 when I asked she said I got shellac I said no I got gel and she said its the same! so basically the charged me extra $15 for applying nail polish , with which I could have bought a whole bottle. I am never going back in there ever again and I suggest no one should waste their money there.

Got 2 full pedicures & shellac polish as well as a manicure with SNS + fullest costing $150 on SaturdayMy daughters nails started falling off by Monday, my SNS is peeling off also by Tuesday and I have not done anything to promote the damage; for that amount of money within 2days I am needing to get it completely redone.The pedicure lasted a solid 5 minute this included the shellac nail polish as well therefore 1-2 rubs of the legs max and no removal of dry skin or scrubbing; I am not one to complain however feel ripped off wish I read reviews first

Bad shaping, rough with fingers, cut on skin, unneat designs. Worker kept leaving my friend to do other clients nails, didn’t ask what shape i wanted. My real nail is showing on the side, slightly hit two of my finger and both came straight off (not even a day later.) Not enough filling and thick nails. Messy design on all nails.

Don’t come here if you want to leave with a swollen toe nail. Came back to get it fixed and they denied doing it straight away until I showed them my receipt.Rude staff and Horrible place!

DO NOT GO THERE.Went there on Sunday for a pedicure and fullset with one of my friends. They rushed our pedicure not shaping or applying colour properly. Then when it came to our nails i was getting afresh set, she kept getting my skin with the drill/buffer as well as did not ask me for what shape i was after just assumed (which was wrong until i stopped her) Did not check the length of the nails to see if they were even. I asked for hand painted French tips and they were all uneven chunky and unshaped. My friends nails were an infill usually it takes 3 dips of an sns infill they did only 1 dip and ruining her current shape and well as her hand pained french tips with going in different directions. When it came to pay i was trying to let her know about how i felt about the set and one of the workers was very rude and yelling in my face when i was having a very calm conversation and trying to avoid everything i was telling her. Mind you they also were turning off the lights and pushing me out of the store.

Should of read the reviews and checked how many stars before i went. I asked for square square nails then starts filing the sides. The sns and shellac looks like my 3yr old son did ut on some fingers... $75 later.... i dont recommend this place. Wont be going again

Came in on a Sunday morning at 10am and I was first customer in. Service was quick and efficient. I hadn’t had a pedicure in a while so I needed ‘extra’ care and was provided this.Store is clean; massage chairs were difficult to navigate and couldn’t use all settings which was a shame but not a big issue.All staff were pleasant and taking their time with their customers.

my nails are so thic because they did not buff it properly and they wouldn’t even take a second look at how the nail were. The lines are messy and there are gaps on my actual nails
