Nuisance business that constantly calls trying to sell their services to my small business. I've repeatedly told them to take my number of their calling list, but this request is ignored. Blocked them, as I consider this business little more than scammers!Update following business owners response. NO, I will not phone you to discuss anything. It could not be more simple... STOP making unsolicited calls to people. That is harassment and therefore as I said, a nuisance. I could not care less about your reviews, or government credentials.... DO NOT call. If I wish to utilise your services, I will call you. Your business ethics and practices leave a lot to be desired, if you consider cold calling people, to be a wise move.UPDATE: 15 MAY 2023Another nuisance call from this business... this time from some asian speaking individual named Ann.. this business in in violation of the law in refusing to remove my number from their call list. I now intend filing a formal complaint against them.

Efficient service from Dave and his team. Came out straight away to set up all of our systems. Andy in the tech team was a great help too! Would highly recommend this service. We are very happy to be using Top Gun security solutions going forward.

Top Gun supplied and installed an upgraded security system to our small business over a year ago. The whole experience from start to finish was top quality and professional. Mark (Sales Manager) gave us a complete run down on how the system upgrade would function and benefit our workplace, and outlined the installation process and timeframe.The installation team arrived on time, and had the system up and running within the advised time.The system has given us piece of mind when we aren't able to be at the workshop. Monitoring staff, and job status has been invaluable. Clear images on office monitor and on mobile devices, with the bonus of infra red clarity even on the darkest nights.Even the police and neighbouring businesses have benefited from our system! Calling on our footage on a number of occasions.We have just recently changed our internet service/provider, and Andy (Head Technician) made the whole tech change over process so easy. All directions over the phone, in language a non-techy can understand!Can't recommend these guys more highly.

Extremely professional company & I haven’t gotten the cameras yet because I only dealt with Top Gun Security 24hrs ago - but the experience thus far has really stood out & is the reason I’m already leaving this review.Dave & Mark are both polite, patient and very professional, they make you feel comfortable with the entire explanation from start to finish.On time (to the minute) when Mark said he would arrive, clear communications and helpful in answering my many questions & even waited for my husband to arrive home from work a few mins late to re-explain it.The demonstrations were amazing and it’s clear to see the passion in the service that’s provided by Top Gun Security, we are looking forward to having the installers out to get our home secure with this awesome company!*** I’ve since received my cameras - insanely crystal clear! Good company to deal with, friendly staff and excellent customer service. We upgraded our old security system that was broken and I must say that the image quality of our new one is fantastic.
