This is the 2nd Ecosmart fireplace I have purchased. The product is fantastic, so easy to use and no mess. Eddy from the EcoSmart Alexandria store was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in the door right up until the product was installed. Great customer service! Great product!

We chose EcoSmart double sided fireplace - simple clean design, easy to install and no flue required. The staff were very helpful with advice during purchase & installation. We were very fortunate to have excellent tradesmen to complete this project
