Over priced for donated items never donating at this shop again. Was disappointed to say the least. Quality of goods and service very poor starting with their store manager.

I love op shopping and every time I visited this place I really spent money and one occasion I left my wallet coins in the car or somewhere and can’t bothered to get it so I asked a $2 discount and I was so disappointed with the cashier she told me that she couldn’t give me a discount because the stock is new but I’ve been buying from them for years without asking any cents.

I found the homewares and linen to be very overpriced except for a few exceptions (I didn'tcheck the clothes). But the main feel I got is if there's anything that looks overly nice or decent the price is racked up even if it's not a high end brand. Small doilys for $4, second hand cushion covers for $6, very worn hand towels for $4 when you can buy these new for cheaper.Loose plates that are not even part of a set for $4 each (not vintage, just cheap crockery). I thought opp shops were meant to offer affordable items to the community but some things were close to brand new price or more expensive.I understand that everything is more expensive but your stores and storage rooms are overflowing with stock that is gifted to you. Why not turnover more quantities at lower prices? One of the workers was saying that the loading dock was full of stuff and couldn't fit more.I won't be returning here.

Used to find some nice items here for a reasonable price but now the prices are ridiculous. You can buy new for less.

Bit pricey for some items. 2 bucks a pillow case? I know op shops that sell them for 50 cents.5 bucks a used towel when you can buy brand new ones for 2.50 from K Mart.I was served by a woman last week. I bought crockery, to which she offered no bag or wrap any of it up.No thanks or anything. Maybe put someone on the register who doesn't look miserable. Said with Honesty.

They are so rude and over priced, I was looking at a kids toy and a staff member yelled at me and rudely said “you right? Their very expensive they’re very expensive, it says to ask for assistance” it was a lol toy for $100 and it wasn’t even new.

There no consistency in pricing of items. You can tell when they are chasing budgets because what might normally be a $90 chair is suddenly $210!Then marked down to $180The issue is of course rents! And we truly do get it! But it’s a bit too transparent…

Great variety, prices vary dramatically from to cheap to be true like 2$ brand-new clothing to ridiculous pricing of 9$ for 5pack second hand somewhat damaged small whiteboard textas.. thankfully questioning changed the price
