Mecca Cosmetica Camberwell

It would be very unfair for me, not to leave a review after my make up appointment with Mia. As someone of a darker shade, it is very difficult to find someone who understands my skin tone. I found that Mia did not t only understand my undertones but she listened to what I described and knew the exact style I was after. As much as I love Mecca I always have reservations about someone else doing my face, but I will definitely be booking with Mia again. I highly highly highly recommend her. Mecca found a good one! :-)

Everyone who works there is just so helpful. They have great experience and knowledge and I trust them completely with my skin. All my makeup is purchased here and when I have a special occasion I come and get my make up done. They are the best!

Amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They know a lot about the products so I could ask them any questions and it would be answered. They were happy to colour match me to my likening and they were super nice. Would definitely be one of my fav places

Went into this store with my daughter and was expecting a typical makeup store experience, however that was not the case. The service was above and beyond and Olivia was incredibly helpful and sweet - she knew about all the products and we had a lovely conversation. My daughter was very happy and looked amazing for her school photos. Thank you Liv! My new go to store.

The lady work there whose nose has white trip ! Not sure what wrong with her, She is rude and lack of customers service skill.When I went counter to get pay, she ask my phone number and I have to repeat so many times because she got it all wrong - still it sound embarrassing that maybe she not understand or pick up what I said about my phone number at all.To the point I doubt my English ability , after living in Melbourne in last 20 years , having University degree and run my own business in last 10 years and my job is dealing with customers on daily basis . So I’m sure that my ability in English should not be that bad . At the end I’m even said thank you when leaving but she not even said anything back . What wrong to people these days!I’m with my 9 year old daughters and it cause my daughter so sad about the situation .I’m not go to Mecca in camberwell at all - bad experience after so many times visit .

I popped in yesterday quickly in the hopes I'd find a nice sheer foundation that would be gentle on my very sensitive skin. I was feeling a little (very) down about my skin condition but was shown the most above and beyond level of customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could remember the name of the lady with the beautiful grey bob! She changed my entire day with her generosity of time, advice, product knowledge and kindness. My skin is already looking and feeling better. I don't live super close but I will travel back to this store for my skincare products from now on!
