The Bloom Room of Mornington

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day from Bloom Room of Mornington and they have been absolutely gorgeous. 15 days later I still have some. They filled two large vases as the lilies had not come out when they were delivered. Thank you Bloom Room for the magic that continues. I love them.

The ladies in this Florist shop are so lovely and helpful. They always have the most gorgeous flowers and greenery too along with other wonderful gift items. I use the flowers for them for my business, Sweet Bakes of Mine and highly recommend them.

Ordered 3 separate gifts to arrive for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely beautiful! All gifts arrived in the morning and were enjoyed throughout the day. I called the Bloom room and got Jess on the phone who was very polite. I told Jess that I had a friend who was feeling down and need to be cheered up. The Bloom Room Mornington have been nothing short of incredible!Our very missed prep teacher is away and lives in Mornington, over an hour away from our school.I called and spoke to Val, I explained we had a big card signed by all the children that I was hoping to have delivered with some flowers.Without hesitation she asked me to post it to her and that it wouldn’t be an issue to have them delivered together.Today only two short days later, the childrens signed card along with the most beautiful vase of native flowers arrived at her home.We are so incredibly grateful for this small business.Thank you Val and team for your wonderful customer service ❤️

Ordered a special bunch of blooms online for my sister's special birthday. They were absolutely stunning, and although there was a couple of substitutions obviously due to availability of particular flowers, the bouquet was pretty much as pictured, if not better. Couldn't recommend Val & the team down at Bloom Room more, always fantastic service and beautiful flowers. Ever since moving down from Nar Nar Goon in 2017 I haven't even considered going anywhere else for my flowers. A++ for the quality of flowers and service provided. Friendly & caring. You won't find a florist that will go more above & beyond than this one. Always ensuring your order is as special as it can be. Shout out to Jess for her amazing attention to detail and presentation skills. A fantastic range of Red Hill Confectionery sweets can also be purchased which accompany the lovely flowers perfectly. Organized flowers less than 24 hours before the delivery, using the website (overseas order). I also edited my note request and Valerie was super helpful to make a last minute change. This photo is the beautiful bunch of flowers (small size) 2 weeks to the day after delivery. Price on point. Much recommended- Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for Mornington Peninsula flowers!
