Excellent service. Michael was brilliant to deal with and the installers did a terrific job - fast, accurate, clean ! Our backyard looks so different now! Soft grass, nice green color, no weed. We finally enjoy the backyard.

Ordered turf on their website Saturday midday for same day pick up. Website took our order with no problem. Drove out to Coochin Creek for pick up & no one there. 8 calls to mobile with no answer or return call/2 calls to landline.This is disgusting, no Customer Service at all. Stayed at business for appx 45 minutes hoping someone would come back or return our calls. Finally had a call back on Monday morning at 8am to ask why they had a missed call and was told that the men were doing ‘other work’ at the weekend and weren’t there & they needed 24-48hrs notice for turf orders (none of this is stated on their website).I Love Turf May have a great website and tv ad, but they have no respect for customers as wasted a whole afternoon on Saturday driving and waiting for turf that couldn’t be picked up.Would not recommend this company to anyone and I will be telling everyone I know about the total lack of Customer Service, which is a shame really as we are Sunshine Coast locals.

Fantastic grass! Rang yesterday and grass was delivered within 24 hrs. Delivery guy 'Oliver' was super friendly and professional. 5 stars in all aspects. Would recommend this business for anybody on the Sunny coast who are after a quality product at the best price.

Turf was available straight away, no waiting days. Easy pick up if using a trailer. They also deliver.

I was very disappointed with this business. I phoned them for a quote to remove a small area of turf and replace it with the turf of my choice. My phone call was then followed up by Mr Mick Cutts who I am led to believe, owns this business. Mr Cutts attended my home and gave me a verbal quote. He also sprayed the grassed area to be replaced with my approval after I had told him I was happy with the quote and to go ahead with the returfing of the area required. He then informed me he would do so either that same week or early the following week. That was on November 5, 2018 and I am still waiting for Mr Cutts and I Love Turf to do the work that he promised he would. Of course I now know that will NEVER happen and I am sure he was well aware of that at the time he gave me the quote but was still happy to stuff me around in the meantime. Countless phone calls to his business with messages left to contact me have resulted in I Love Turf completely ignoring me without any reason for doing so which seems like a ridiculous way to run a business but it would seem Mr Cutts and his turf business I Love Turf don't care a toss about basic manners or business etiquette for that matter. I have a disability and am a pensioner so I am unable to do this small job myself but I was prepared and happy to spend the little money I do have and pay I Love Turf to do the work on my behalf. So, if you want someone to turf your lawn I personally WOULD NOT recommend Mr Cutts and I Love Turf as he has totally let me down when I needed his assistance. I would probably contact any other turf business other than I Love Turf. I have given his business 1 (one) star as this website will not allow me to give him a zero rating which is what his business in my opinion justly deserves.

Very good product, my turf is as smooth as a carpet and shiny green! Good advice and the turf was laid very fast and nicely. Michael knows his stuff and is Ia very nice dude. I definitely recommend it.
