One of the most satisfying car buying experiences I’ve had personally in recent years. We visited several car dealerships, and Glenelg BMW was the best one. They provided us with professional advice and had a very professional and friendly service attitude. Every staff member inside was lovely, and customers didn’t feel any pressure. Especially Richard, who served us this time, provided us with a lot of professional answers and was highly efficient! He is definitely a 10/10. Even with the loan, Rana was lovely and helped us choose the best product. Sincere thanks to everyone at Glenelg BMW for giving us such a wonderful car buying experience.

I took our X5 in to Glenelg BMW to have the software updated and meet Sarah at the front desk. I can not rate her highly enough, so friendly, helpful and informative. When I spoke with the senior Tech Mark about the job he took the time to run me through what he was going to do. Amazing service, the best I have ever had when having work done on my cars. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you two so very much.

Rana from finace has great communication, and she is absolutely amazing keeping me updated about the whole process along the way. Rana was an absolute dream to talk to and was not pushy at all Like some finance people, she was able to answer all and any questions I had. Carmaine was also a pleasure to deal with very kind and also not very pushy and as a female buying the car he was great.Would highly recommend buying a vehicle through BMW Glenelg it was a very pleasant experience.

SEE UPDATE BELOW Rang Glenelg BMW, where my X4 has been serviced since we moved to Adelaide 18 months ago, after a warning light appeared. They could 'key read' and see the issues but wanted over $200 to take the car in for a diagnostic. As we have a service package I queried but was told it was a fixed charge. After saying don't bother I will drive with the fault, was promised a call back to discuss but still waiting. Rang again today and basically brushed off as they 'are busy'. Will be taking somewhere else in future. UPDATE - Received a call from Josh who booked me in straight away with no problems. On dropping vehicle off was met with great service from Sarah who provided loan car while mine was checked out. Got a call to say a software problem had been found and was now fixed. Picked car up up all washed and ready. So a big thank you to Sarah, and Josh, for picking up the slack and restoring my faith.
