Excellent customer service and servicing. I had to replace my garage door remote as I lost mine. I had contacted another company in the area and no one got back to me! I rang Banora Garage Doors and Nadia was fantastic at getting everything sorted. I msged through the model and was able to sort what remote I needed. Peter came and it was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for all garage doors services.

Incredible customer service - Geoff from Banora Garage Doors was exceptional! I contacted an issue I had with another company and Geoff kindly responded to my problem and was at my house attending to the issue within 30 mins of the phone call. Out of his own good will Geoff spent close to an hour of his time attending to the problem with my gate and repaired it. Unfortunately we don’t see this kind of customer service these days, but BGDinstilled good will and professional service. I would highly recommend BGD

Banora Garage Doors
For several years we suffered with failures on our large sliding entry gate. We asked for a remedy from several big companies without success.We then replaced our wooden slats with aluminium to lighten the load and then finally got Geoff from Banora Garage Doors in. Two years later we have not had one single failure. Thoroughly recommend the professionalism and quality workmanship of this company.

I have just had my new Rollerdoors installed. They are MAGNIFICENT! Smooth, with a quiet hum like something out of Star Wars. Ash, the installer, was cheerful and skilled. Julene and Michael were efficient, friendly and helpful. An extremely pleasant experience in this age of shonky products and poor service. Highly recommended!

Our garage door had broken it's original galvanised cable and had consequently caused other damage leaving three cars trapped inside. Julene arranged to have Peter arrive at our door within the hour ,who then proceeded to change the gal cable to stainless and repair the door which is now running smooth. Great people to deal with 5 stars, Thanks.

Received very prompt efficient service from Jake at Banora Garage doors. He was able to unlock the jam immediately and we came up with a forward plan on when would be best to replace the door and motor. Genuine/honest feedback will ensure i don't go anywhere else when the time comes for a full replacement. Julene/receptionist was also extremely helpful in the process. Thanks guys!

Very polite and the only company from the tweed/Gold Coast to take on such a large and difficult job.We are very happy with our new automatic double colourbond swing gates.Thank you for putting your effort and skills into this as every other company could not do it.
