I had an amazing experience while at the salon and the vibe was immaculate. I had a toner, wash, Blow-Dry and a curl put through it by First Year Apprentice Emily who did amazing job! The staff their are really friendly and have a positive vibe going on, I’ll definitely be going there again

absolutely so happy with the results of my full head foils, service from both lady's was impeccable, super friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. being fifo and needing iþ done today and again before a comp next time I'm home they were so helpful in ensuring we do it not only best to make my hair luxurious for stage but to keep my hair heathly and not going to ruien it. i will 1000% always recommend and use again which I will be in 3 weeks before my body building comp.thank you so much ladies ❤️❤️❤️

I have been a customer of the salon for about 2 years now. I’m very picky about hairdressers so I’m pleased to have found a hairdresser who always does my hair to such a high standard. Gillian is very knowledgable about colour and there’s always a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the salon.

I would highly recommend this business, for all your hair related appointments, will try the waxing next time, as well as tinting ! I had a beautiful apprentice working on my hair, 11/10 along with her senior and the owner SUCH A PLEASURE! I travel too, just goes to show hey takes time to find the best hairdresser in Perth, only took me 5 years ♥️ Thank you xx

Emily is new to the Salon and I was lucky enough to book in for a toner, shampoo and blow dry. Em was great checking in if I was comfortable and I was happy with everything along the way. Gillian and Tenaycee were there to guide and support if Em needed it. Highly recommend this Salon and the Prestige team

only one star??? I came to my appointment with the manager, I have normal grey hair for my age 63, top half is / was silver grey on top which I was happy with... underneath was a bit dull but not quite grey yet, I asked for you to keep my colour and try and blend in the under neath dull colour .... my appointment was for a full head of foils..but I asked for your advice... you gave me your advice to have only a half head of foils... with some darker colour foils which I said straight away no that's not what I want, I am looking to blend in with my natural colour no darker colour....and agreed to only having half a head of foils to blend in with my natural colour.... you then gave me a quote for half a head of foils... then did a whole head of foils, so at this point I'm thinking your trying to blend in my natural hair colour, so sat there while you had my hair and colour in your hands... you came once to check my colour....then off I go to the wash basin, .... returned to my seat and actually had my hair dried before having it cut.... well that was a new one for me ....never have i ever had my hair dried before having a good cut ..... so I left with a totally different hair colour much darker than normal, not at all i wanted, but once my family saw me they were shocked as to why i had had my hair colour changed, I am annoyed that you didn't listen to my breif and went ahead and did your own thing then took a photo, i left and walked away in tears..... this appointment was a treat for me after being sick for 5 months... so very disappointing, I hate the colour and the hair trim not cut" is equally disappointing
