I can 100% recommend the online SewNSew beginners course. It is a really well thought out course with excellent videos that you can watch over and over and make reminder notes from. Having all the materials and tools sent to you is such a relief and you get very confident with your own sewing machine. Christeen is a very kind and experienced teacher. She understands your worries - she always answers your questions almost straight away and teaches you the easy way to perform a task each time. I’m looking forward to being able to start making my own garments and plan to do further lessons and workshops with SewNSew in the near future.

So pleased I discovered Christeen's online courses - I learned to sew in high school, but only a few basics and I was in need of a refresher, and to learn a few core skills. The online course is incredible value, especially as all the necessary tools and resources are posted out. The videos go into just the right amount of detail, and I've quickly been able to move from the online beginner course, into making my own clothes and bits and pieces. Highly recommend!

Words fall short to describe Christeen's experience and the sheer passion with which she teaches her Sewing Course. I started the beginners course in late 2022 with just no prior experience or skill in handling a sewing machine. All I wanted to do was create something. Christeen with her well structured course, guidance and passion has already brought in me a new confidence to sew my first dress which I wore to a dinner last week. I am now working on my next project of creating beautiful outfits for my girls and have also enrolled myself to learn further with Christeen.

I highly recommend this beginner's sewing course. Christeen explains skills clearly and teaches you the essential basic skills to get started with sewing. She shows you step by step and also gives examples of using both a manual and electronic sewing machine. She also responds to questions quickly so you can fix it and move forward. It is hard to find a beginner's course like this online that goes right back to the basics. The great thing with online is that you can repeat the video until you have worked out how to do it. Overall, it was such a positive experience and Christeen's experience, patience and knowledge in sewing shine through. I now look forward to starting my new sewing projects!
