Greeted with a smile. The restaurant had really good ambience, felt really good. Great menu selections. Really fast service didn't have to wait long. Food was delicious, highly recommend. Will go back again.

Thank you for delivering excellent experience for authentic Thai food in Pennant Hills area, we just finished our Saturday morning bushwalking from Epping to Pennant Hills and get very recommend this restaurant and we special arrangements to arrive when the lunch time, anddddd it is bloody excellent recommendation that now we will share it to all reader, must come and try it yourself.Thank you once again for nice beautiful food

Excellent food, service and environment. They do care about the decorations of food and shop! Friendly staff too.The only thing to improve is the menu. Very old and torn out already. Please renew it. This is easier than improving cooking skills and train up new staff. Dont delay it.

A really great Thai restaurant. I highly recommend it. The food and service are both excellent. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious. I've been coming here for years and it's remained consistently excellent quality.The Pad Grapow here is fantastic, this would be my pick. It was perfectly cooked and spiced, I had it served with a fried egg and rice.I like that they offer duck as a meat option because duck goes so well in Thai food. I had red curry with duck and it was very nice.Five stars. Definitely worth a visit.

The Crispy Chicken with Basil Sauce is amazing. The crying tiger dish is fantastic, but I should enjoy Crispy Pork Belly more (It’s not crispy as it should be). All staff are friendly and service-minded.

My favourite Thai in the neighbourhood! Great restaurant for family dinner. Love the fried chicken with basil and pineapple fried rice. Large portions with really good flavour. Service is also nice. Discount on the website. Just one thing, order take away in advance as the expected waiting time is little bit long. But the staff will let you know the ETA when ordering. So everything is perfect!

Excellent South East Asian and Thai food. Large serves and presented beautifully. One of the fish dishes had the head and frame of the fish with a orchid flowers decorating the plate. Great taste. Need to book as it was full on Saturday night. Limited list of alcohol and BYO okay.

The Seat is a great Thai Restraunt conveniently located next to the train station. The food is well presented, with many dietary adjustments avaliable like the type of spice, vegetarian and no nuts. The staff are quick to respond to any mishaps made and are very friendly. Dish reccomendations include the Pad Thai and some other dish that is a mix of carrots, baby corn and chicken.

Very good value for money. The food and drink were delicious and beautiful and sizeable. I'll do a Schwarzenegger and be back.Also - I know this is a bit unusual - but I like their background music. Piano versions of classic Disney songs. Might tell you more about my taste in music than the restaurant... but there it is.
