Extremely professional company with the best customer service team. I am so happy with my Fujitsu 2 5kw reverse cycle split system for my bedroom. I didn't at first think it would do the job and asked about going with the 3.5kw. I was assured the 2.5kw would be more than sufficient. There was no pressure at all to up sell to the bigger unit. I am glad I listened to Brad ....it does the job and cools the room quickly and is extremely energy efficient!! All thestaff are brilliant from the initial consultation through to the installation. The installers were amazing too who deserve a special mention as it was a bit of an unusual install. Will be definitely using them again for my next room. Thank You from one very satisfied customer!
