My family has attended Armadale Dental for years; we are always impressed with the quality of the work and the fantastic customer service from a friendly, professional and multilingual team. I've referred a number of friends and all have been very happy. Highly recommended!

Dr. Rossana Nagelstein always take time to explain to patients what is the problem, how she is going to treat it. The quality of her work is second to none. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a very professional and top quality work.

Highly recommend! Dr Rosanna, her assistant and the receptionist were so lovely and thorough and made me feel so comfortable. I find having a clean really uncomfortable because of sensitive teeth and have previously just put up with the pain, but Dr Rosanna put a numbing cream on first to make it so much more comfortable. She really cares about her patients. I highly recommend this dental practice! :)

I had a bad first experience. I went in with an expectation of having a cleaner set of teeth and better smile ready for my coming birthday. Unfortunately, the dentist's priority is to have me come back again rather than focusing on what I've come in and asked for. I was told that I need to come in again in 4 weeks for a second clean up and polish even before the first session started. Also receptionist kept using the word 'include' when discussing the services and what is covered by my insurance. Anyway, long story short I came out with a similar set of dirty teeth and a huge bill that includes a left side X-ray, right side X-ray and both side X-ray. All billed separately and not all are covered by my insurance.

We were not previously patients of Armadale Dental Care yet upon requiring an urgent appointment for my 5 year old son, possibly sensing my desperation, they kindly slotted him in - after hours - on a Saturday afternoon!The procedure was quite long and complicated, however Rosanna was kind and patient, explaining and showing everything to my son as she went; also keeping him distracted with The Minions" on DVD (winner!). The injection in his mouth had the potential to be really distressing and it was the only part of the procedure that Rosanna

We highly recommend this dental clinic. They helped me at a difficult time, when another dentist wanted my 4 year old son to have a general anaesthetic (in a hospital) to have his cavities repaired. They not only accommodated us during a busy period, but Rossana repaired the cavities with local anaesthetic (the second one didn't even need anesthetic) and my little one left with a smile on his face. Rossana is not only a great dentist who has integrity and good values, she is caring, kind and fantastic with children. We are so happy we found Armadale dental clinic and a great dentist for my son. I have known Dr Rossana and Moty for years they are always very professional and courteous. Highly recommended if you want someone who are responsible.

I wasn’t a patient coming to get any dental work done, was only there to help a friend get to her appointment and wasn’t impressed on how she was greeted on arrival by the dental receptionist. Coming from a similar position I understand how frustrating it can be when appointments are made for clients and calls made without a return call but no client deserves to be treated in that manner where everything that she was accused for was blatantly passed to her in an unprofessional manner. Being in the front of house receptionist role you are the face of the business which has a level of duty of care that goes with it when handling customers. Other than that the dentist and dental assistant who were conducting the procedure conducted themselves in an orderly professional manner and were able to give great advice.
