OZI Shine

$120 for a wash and vacuum. No thanks. Felt like they were just making up the prices at the time.

The team at Ozi Shine Wollongong were so professional & friendly. They made my car look brand new again. I highly recommend them.

tried to charge me more for a wash when they advertised it for less. They tried explaining that vacuuming was extra. They did this to me last time and I paid. They tried to do the same thing but this time I asked about what they were going to charge me and when I said that they were overcharging me they followed me to the car and said they would charge as advertised. I went to the one on the other side of the mall and their price was as advertised and included vacuuming.

I was embarrassed to take my car in, it was in such bad shape.  Im the kind of person that cleans a hotel room before I check out and cant handle my home being messy at all, but you wouldn't know that looking at my car.  Im not a car person, dont drive much, my car lives outside and after 6 house moves in 5 years, covid and all this weather my car got really really bad.  Jay was welcoming and did not make me feel ashamed of where I had let things get to.  Jay and his team performed an absolute miracle!  I almost didn't recognise her, she was gleaming.  They got into every nook and cranny, performed an absolute thorough clean - they even found something special and returned it to me that I thought I would never see again.  I cannot recommend Ozi Shine highly enough, they are worth every cent. I am now a customer for life.

These guys tried to charge me $110 for a wash when they advertised it for $70. They did this to me the first time and I paid. Then the second time they tried to do the same thing but luckily I asked about what they were going to charge me and when I complained they told me to get lost. Plus they don't even wash the car properly at $110. Go to the one on the other side of the mall at least they are honest.

Im not local to Wollongong, as soon i arrived into the car park, Ozi Shine is an excellent car wash to deal with friendly and helpful great great work on my Toyota 200 series in and out, my car was absolutely spotless front to back, dash and vents were all dusted these guys are top class in every aspect. keep up the Good work guys
