Allison (Specialist Garden care) is customer service champion. She went literally out of the way to resolve my issue and it took her a long time. Very professional, patient and courteous.Amazing customer service.

Normally mid morning the warehouse is generally quieter but now that Wollongong has closed last week it was noticeably busier. Quite a few more staff around too but for doing a quick visit and not expecting people this didn't go as planned. Plenty of stock in areas I looked, mostly towards the trade section but also paint was what appeared to be relatively full. Guessing with the extra traffic from north of Wollongong things will be different from previous experiences. Staff seem keen, and always pleasant, to assist when they can.

I love Bunnings of course and this is another. I used to think it had amazing parking but since the one near the CBD closed down its much 'smaller'. Still, it only took a minute or two to find a car spot. We took our puppy shopping with us, which was fun for all, and my husband got a sausage sandwich as we left. What more could we ask for? Oh, and the staff were helpful and we got what we were looking for.

Love this store. Would love a job here. Have everything I need and some things that I don't but can find a use for. Love the pet aisle, as does my dog. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. My go to for indoors and out.

Super helpful and friendly team, they had an Easter Bunny handing out chocolate to the kids and while their was that long weekend rush they scanned your items in the trolley while you waited for a register to became available so it was quick and efficient! I also watched a lovely staff member help a lost child, he handled the situation with care and ease.

Terrible and lazy team!!We visited here today after checking that Bellambi had the kaboodle kits that we needed, we needed 6. We got there and only 2 were on the floor and the other 4 were on shelves.We approached staff and they refused to bring it down for us, saying it was too difficult.We ended up purchasing the 2, then travelled to shellharbour and purchased 2 more, then went to Kembla grange and again they were not on the floor, but the staff at Kembla grange were more than happy to help us and brought them down from the shelves for us.What a joke Bellambi bunnings, wasted half our day, when bellambi had all the stock we needed.Do not recommend
