I usually do not take time out to give a detailed review, but in this instance, I am thoroughly impressed with Matt and his team at Nexus. From the initial consultation and until the panels were up and running, Nexus Electrix ( Matt and the boys) were extremely professional, diligent and courteous in their work. Matt suggested panels and worked out the math tailored to my requirement. Matt went beyond what was required and organised the exact specs I was after with no hesitation. I can highly recommend Matt and his team at Nexus Electrix to carry out the perfect solar install tailored to the customer’s needs, which is not only cost effective but within your budget. Nothing was suggested to me to change or add unless it truly benefited me and his advise was spot on to the expectations.The installation was carried out the same day and on time. Matt arrived on time in the morning with his team of positive people on a hot day and it was such smooth experience.After the install, Matt took me through the installation and explained the workings of the inverter, took the time to explain the readings on my mobile app. Few days later he followed up with a courtesy call to check in on how it is going and if i had any further questions.I have been burned in the past dealing with Solar installers who promise the world and try to sell you dog s*** as chocolate truffles. Not Nexus. I have been monitoring the performance of the install since it has gone live a few weeks ago and it is on the money.
