Contacted Wanda’s for a very small reticulation job; installing some piping and a new sprinkler head. It was the only local company that replied to my query and the job was done in about 30 minutes, a few days later. Amazing service.

Thank you for giving me my dream front garden . It was transformed in a day to a gorgeous memorial garden in memory of some loved ones .I can sit in my verandah and enjoy this view and in time there will be purple and pink and birds and water .Wanda’s were professional and efficient and great at communicating .My ideas and plans were listened too and Wanda offered alternatives with plants /sizes etc . I love the result . Thank you again

We hired Wanda's to remove our brick paving and put in grass. I was impressed at first: the grass did beautifully while we were watering it three times a day to get it established. As soon as we cut down to twice a week it died.Someone came out to have a look and was mystified. We tried another type of grass and again it died after the watering-in period ended.Eventually I decided that maybe I should try to improve the soil before another effort. I dug down and saw that under the 5cm-ish layer of soil that they'd added, it was all just builder's sand that had been under the bricks. Not even sandy soil, just sand. No wonder the grass died! I emailed over a month ago and explained but didn't get a reply.I'm horrified at all the water we wasted on grass that never had a hope of surviving. Now we have a front garden that's less usable than before we removed the bricks: just sad sand and dead grass. I'd understand if they'd told me more soil was needed and I refused, but I just expected that their recommendations would be reasonable.EDITED TO ADD: I see that in your reply you say that you only heard from us seven months after installing the grass. I've looked up my email records, and can confirm based on my emails back and forth with you that:You installed the lawn in December 2021.In early March 2022 I contacted you to let you know that the lawn was doing poorly and needed some additional care. You asked for further details and I sent photos of the lawn (brown but still with some decent green patches, I've included a photo here) and information about the reticulation, which was still running.In late March, you let me know that you'd book someone in to come look at the lawn in April.They came to look, and said that they would come discuss solutions in June.In early November 2022 you installed a new test strip of lawn. I carefully checked that it was being watered according to instructions.In January 2023 you asked us if we would like you to install more lawn, and I told you that the lawn test strip had died and I wasn't sure what to do about it. You didn't reply.On February 4th 2023 I emailed to say that it seemed very likely that the lawn was dead due to a lack of soil. You didn't reply.On February 24th 2023 I tried to call you and you didn't reply, so I finally left a bad Google review. You called me that evening, listened sympathetically, and said that you didn't like to have unhappy customers and would be in contact about potential solutions on Monday or Tuesday. I see that your solution has, in fact, just been to reply to my review saying that it was all our fault.

This is the worst gardening in Perth. Booked tp come in at 7:30 am, came in at 1:30 pm. Charged by the hour for weeding. Whipper-snapper used and charged us for jobs that weren't done. Please don't use this business.What horticultaralist? Except for Whipper-snapper signifying what did you do? I won't event talk abt the lawn.Please see pics of the 'completed job'

Loving our new backyard, it took a while to get here, but very happy with the end result. There's a few minor points to iron out but overall very happy with the end result. Thankyou to Wanda's and all the crew that worked on our project over the past 5 weeks, we really appreciate all your work.
