Richardsons Bend Campground
Closed due to flooding. No access permitted. Can't camp there. The sign says to go to Doolan Bend but more recent reviews of Doolan Bend say that also has significant flood damage too so I suspect it is also closed

Plenty of space along the track that follows the river. Small, dirt, boat ramp. Nice and quiet through the week. Cows graze here so please be respectful by not chasing them or leaving rubbish lying around.

This is a beautiful camping spot. Not far from the city. Lovely river, amazing nature. But you better get ready very well since it is not well maintained camping spot. No water, no toilet, and nothing. I thought there would be toilets but nope. Everyone there was very well prepared for bush camping. And they were friendly. If you want to go there, don't forget to take your toilet and enough water

Great place to stay overnight. Be cautious in wet weather as 2wd may struggle on a few patches.

Great spot, loads of space, very quiet. Some tracks are very rough but the main roads in and out are fine. Would definitely go back and if it was possible to get one of the few spots on the beach, I might never leave!

Great spot for river camping, but there isn’t not facilities. Road wasn’t maintained well, so we were a bit sacred to go with 2WD. There was a little creek we had to go through at that time. I think it was up to half tire of our car.

Stayed more than once & will go againInternet& phone as well as telly service.Clean & depending when you go, quiet. But busy most people are respectful.Right on the Murray River.

Stunning. Accessible with any veichle but it would be more comfortable in a 4wd. Was there for Easter and was surprisingly quiet. Will go back again. No toilets and is a very large place.
