Got a prompt quote and fast installation. However, there was a gap around every window and door tint surface which was explained away by the provider as having to do with the rubber around the windows being pushed back to during installation,this was to be rectified a week later when he would come back to realign the rubber around the glass.Unfortunately when he did finally come back (weeks later and only after a phone call from us) we are still left with an unsightly gap around the tinting on all windows and double sliding doors. We have had tinting installed at a previous property by a different company and the tint was perfectly aligned immediately with no need to 'adjust' the rubber surrounds. Unfortunately all we have had in the way of communication since has been texts containing excuses and blame shifted to us, and finally a rather terse offer to come and remove all tinting and money reimbursed. No apologies, no offer to redo them. If it was faulty rubbers (on all windows and a sliding door??) then why was this not stated beforehand, why when we asked about the gap during installation were we told it was a result of having to push the rubber seals back during the process? Why the promise that this was to be rectified a week later after the tint settled? Unimpressed by both the finished product and the myriad of excuses given.
