I always take my family here, when it comes to get together “Brunch” staffed are very welcoming and friendly, always have smile in their faces when you come in! Food is always exceptional and the place is always busy, best is to booked your seat! And believe me that their coffee is amazing!

We stopped at Porters after a local recommendation and experienced pleasant service and good food initially. It was ruined by one disappointing incident. The owner charged us $2.50 for a glass of warm tap water. On query she stated 'well I have staff to pay' in a very dismissive and arrogant manner. This is overcharging. And it wasn't a good way to end our visit The other aspects of the Porters were definitely not enough to warrant a repeat visit. Recommend Ristretto for coffee instead.

The food and coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly but not informative. We ordered two big breakfasts, removed the mushrooms, and simply replaced them with another piece of tomato. At this point, the waitress did not inform us that this would incur an additional charge. When we presented to the register, a different staff member repeated the order to me before paying but did not mention any additional items. It was only when we were driving away that we realised the price was too high for what was ordered. I called the cafe and the manager confirmed that additional items were added but was not in the least apologetic at the lack of communication. If you eat here, make sure you ask them to repeat everything and obtain a written document before paying. Great food but I won’t be back.

I've been here three times now, and I've enjoyed it so much. Everything about this place is amazing. The food, the staff, the service and the look. I can not think of a single thing I hate about the place. I don't have photos for the food I got the first two times but I do for my latest trip. The food is so delicious beautiful cooked. The staff are amazing, they're all so nice and kind to everyone. And their service is on point. One of the girls forgot to grab me milk with my tea which was my fault, I forgot to ask. But another staff member was more then happy to grab me some. But I can't forget the look of this place. The interior is gorgeous, it's beautifully decorated. I do think this cafe will become my new regular. I love it here, I can't stress just how much I love it here. The owners have to be impressed with their staff, cause they're doing a brilliant job.

Stopped by for breakfast on the second day of a road trip from Melbourne to Brisbane, and it delivered the morning hit we needed to get going.The presentation of both the food and coffee was beautiful. I was feeling the need for some sugar, and tried both the pancakes and waffles. The pancakes were thick but fluffy, and the waffles had a nice crisp. Definitely on the sweeter side, but as one with a sweet tooth I enjoyed them.The coffee was also well made, with no burnt taste as I have had the pleasure of tasting many a time in Brisbane.The staff were friendly, and the Cafe has a nice quaint feel about its atmosphere.Prices are typical, around 15-25 for a main menu item.
