Excellent experience. Burgers are always awesome and cocktails are super tasty.Funny and happy staff also make this restaurant very enjoyable.

Best burgers in town! Had many burgers in my life, some allegedly “gourmet”, but these really are. They tick all the right boxes, and the customer service was spot on. I recommend dropping in and trying their burgers, dirty fries and onion rings. Eat in for burger n beer for $19 too with a good selection of beer on tap.

Usually I'm very impressed with the food from BU Windsor but tonight wasn't it. I literally had to come home and put my onion rings in the air fryer to finish the cooking process and make them crispy. Not ideal when they charge $8.50 for a small box of them. Speaking of prices, they are just getting ridiculous, $60 for 2 burgers and fries, 1 onion rings and some dipping sauces.

My partner and I would visit Burger Urge, Mackay regularly for our dates. After moving to Brisbane we decided to visit the Windsor venue, it was great! Ella was our server and she was comfortable, kind and well-spoken. There was a car crash nearby and they continued their service professionally whilst contacting the appropriate authorities. The decorated venue was so cool, and the food was even better!

First time at burger urge and most likely won’t return. Started off by opening my burger to find it sitting it some liquid in the bottom of the box…. I had to wait for my order to be cooked (which is totally understandable at 8:30pm) but disappointing when I bite into it and it’s already cold. I ordered a double smash burger but only had 1 beef patty on it.Moving onto the tenders, great gesture by putting 4 instead of 2 in the box but after tasting them I assume it was to make up for how dry and old they were.

It was really tasty, unfortunately we requested no pickles on 2 of the burgers due to an allergy, and they put pickles on, so they had to make the burgers again (can't just take the pickles off when it's an allergy) but my burgers were delicious.

Good Ambience and very clean place. Friendly staff. Had the Nashville hot chicken burger and it was good. But the serving size is very small and not worth the price.

Burger urge lunch today. The women that served us was displaying a depressing attitude. Food was really good, the wings were the stand out with the burgers being fresh and very filling. Cost wise it's above average but table service was quick.Only 3 stars as the table was a little grubby, no personal details collected for Covid and poor attitude from staff.I would recommend again but don't expect Stellar service.
