We have a parcel drop Box installed, right on the side of the entrance. See what we found when we came home from shopping. Not happy.

I paid three times more money to send a parcel. They gave me 3 weeks of my parcel to be delivered. However, my parcel still not get delivered and it is been 6 weeks now. When I called that why my parcel is not delivered yet, they said that my receiver need to pay 38000 indian rupees to get the parcel. But when I booked the shipment over the phone they did not explain me anything. Completely disappointed. Recommended to not use this website especially if you are sending something to India.RegardsJagwinder

Sent a parcel to the Philippines. Courier claimed the recipient had moved which is a blatant lie. The courier attempted Delivery in the wrong city. Butuan City is not in Manila. Complete amateurs.

Wanted to thank Matt on the Victoria Park delivery run for exemplary service! I was at work at the time of delivery and couldn't get to my phone, but he had tried to call and left an SMS with a photo of where he'd hidden my package. I hope this feedback reaches him!Thanks again!

I work on the go but I NEEDED this package from DHL which I had to reschedule for today. Of course, this means I have to stay put between the hours of 9 and 5 until it arrived.Out of interest I decided to put my cows out to pasture, and paint a wall in the hopes that my delivery would be so fast I wouldn't have time to see the paint dry.Well, the cows have come home, I have seen every stage of the paint drying with my own eyes, and I'm pretty sure I heard a fat lady sing at some point. Still no package from DHL
