Bayview Motel Esperance

We paid good money to stay her for a week. As usual it was nothing like the photos. We had the Family unit with cooking facilities. The room had a very unusual odour to it and was very small. A queen size bed, single bed and 4-seater dining table were all squished into the main area. I called and was told there was an oven, there wasn't.The place is very tired, like something from the 70's. You couldn't fit a family in there, there's just not enough space. The beds were ok, hard to sleep on. Tiny TV. Good collection of cooking instruments and crockery. Great BBQ area, we spent a lot of time there. No Pool.It would be great if it was advertised as a budget level motel but at the price we paid, it was very underwhelming.

Stayed for two nights, could have been moreThis is possibly the cleanest motel room I have ever stayed at. There were not even any cobwebs on the outside of the building. I have never seen that before. The bathroom in my room was a throw back to the seventies, but overall this is a great place to stay and a credit to the management and staff

Broke down in Albany and asked to push our room back one night and they said no. We would have to pay for a whole new room. Very frustrating.

Nice clean.Staff was very helpful.We found I had booked in the wrong month when I arrived,the staff were friendly and managed us to stay at the hotel,really appreciate it.There was no hot water for showering,it wasn’t too bad but still cold in the night.

This is the third time in as many weeks I have stayed here for work. The 1st time I arrived 24 hours early, oops. Jasmine couldnt have been more helpful and after ringing other motels, she rang the manager and they were able to put me into the newly renovated room that just needed the TV to be hooked up to be finished. The next 2 times I was in one of the older rooms that were spotless and in good condition. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well equipped with jug, toaster and microwave. I havnt had a shortage of hot water.

The perfect place to rest for the evening after a day of exploring Esperance. Centrally located and clean. The room had a comfy bed and kitchen facilities, and the motel offers the option for laundry too. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Comfortable clean room. Close to centre of town. Best of all there was a laundry facilities on site.

So noisy! If you book ask for the back block of rooms as the ones facing the road are single glazing and the road noise from the 4 lane road in front of the motel is really loud (turn the tv right up loud). Quiet between 10pm- ish and 6am.Room was recently updated with modern TV, new flooring and paint job. Bathroom feels like communal facility block. It's spacious enough and the location is a quick walk into town.Be warned: there is NO bay view!

Great location, close to everything. Cleaner is amazing, has done a great job for us. And left a candy bag for Christmas. So sweet!Have no problem with shower and noise.

Check-in: Fast. Collect keys. When check-out, drop keys in dropbox. Check-in counter closes by 6pm on public holiday.Room cleanliness: Very bad. Very dusty and moldy smell. The soft is run down and sticky. The bed spring is creaky when you sit on it or turn your body while sleeping. The carpet is very sticky and dusty. The water kettle is rusty inside, cannot use to boil water. There are cobwebs at the lights beside the bed.Air-conditioning: The air conditioner keeps making a lot of whirling noises when turned on. The flaps for the air sweep is not working.Noise: Got a unit at the back, not facing the main road, so it is quiet. Otherwise, it can be noisy for those units facing the main road.Just stayed here for one night to transit, otherwise, won't recommend for long stay.
