I booked through the Australian Property and building Inspections for pest and building inspections. Well worth it - ended up passing on one place as there were too many hidden issues making the investment too costly as a first home buyer with limited funds. Second place highlighted some issues, but has allowed me to enter a mortgage knowing what needs fixing.
