Wintersun Cabin & Caravan Park

Wintersun is a very well kept park with lots of grass. The amenities are always clean. It has a modern well appointed camp kitchen and fast free wifi. It has good security and we felt safe here. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend this park.

We had two nights at this park over the weekend, while I agree the staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating that is the only positive. We were given a site that was very dusty and dirty and we needed to reach under and passed our power box into the fenced in yard of what looked like a quite dilapidated permanent residents yard. The amenities were old with a varying array of inefficient shower roses. During the 2 days of our stay the amenities had not been cleaned at all and toilet paper stocks were very low. Very disappointing, given it was quite expensive.

We really enjoyed our stay, toilet blocks are old but do the job, the only issue I had was both blocks of toilets get cleaned at the same time, so if you need to in a hurry, it's a quick trip up the road to Bunnings. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

A lovely secure park where we felt quite comfortable in leaving our caravan while looking around Alice Springs. We have a large caravan and it fitted on the site with plenty of room. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Probably the nicest, most helpful and friendliest I have dealt with. I would highly recommend this park for anyone staying in Alice Springs

Would rate higher if I could. Arrived under stressful conditions as car had broken down in the West McDonnell Ranges and it and our van were towed here. The receptionist, Kaye calmed me (thank you) and arranged for the best site for the truck to drop off the van. My partner then continued to the Centralian motors (bad experience - don't touch them) to drop the car off. Geoff one of the staff came and set up the caravan and Annex (wow lovely gesture) We had to sit it out for 2 weeks, Geoff came over and had a chat every day and to check on us. Great van park, great people, great birds to watch bathing under the sprinklers, great amenities, great pool, 450 metres to IGA, Celebrations, butcher etc. Say no more. Don't go past this caravan park.

Love it, awesome greeting upon arrival, amenities very clean & great sites, shady & grassed.Concrete slabs available.Safest park to stay whilst in Alice, don't stay anywhere else.Security is fantastic , fully closed at 6pm, gate code to enter prior to boom gate.Only minutes from shops, Anzac Hill.Highly recommend.

Bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Lots of beautiful big trees. Washing lines available for hanging clothing. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well priced

This wasn't worth what you pay for. The plumbing is a huge issue and the cabins are very old. I'd rather pay an extra $20 for a motel with more room and better hygiene services.

Great shady safe caravan park close to amenities not noisy.
