Aweful to use, problems every single time. Now locked out of desk top and can not reactivate employee to do eofy will not allow reactivation on mobile, and will not log in on desktop. And only contact is email which takes them days to reply, if they do.

Very bad customer support. Sent a message asking about how to add more seats as the instructions showed on the website does not work. Seen my message but did not reply until the next day. Took them that long to get back with just one single message that did not help solving the problem, then disappeared again. I'm still not being able to process my payroll!!!!

(updated review). Was good when it was free, they also didn't notify users that it was no longer free .System itself is good but there are now cheaper options
