Delivery of vehicles can be a little better organised if they put a little more thought into it to get truck's in and out a little quicker than the way they are just some common sense with gate operator let the truck through if one is unloading and safe to do not hard a little common sense ? Think about it

Don’t buy the car from them always ripping customer, and staff is very rude don’t know how to deal with customer, I buy a car from them on report they say everything good and I took it it stopped on road transmission not working and engine light on , they very very bad Aution people

Friendly staff in the yard. Always offer help to load vehicles you have brought. Can find some good vehicles there. Would be great if you could view motorbikes before bidding on them, but unfortunately people could not be trusted and it's no longer allowed. Photos are of bike me and my mates have brought from auctions.

I use a walker to help me get around at places such as this. The front path from the disabled parking spaces is severely deformed. The concrete it very uneven and made it extremely difficult to get my walker over. It would not be appropriate for wheelchair users at all.Then I asked about access to the disabled toilets. At first I got redirected to the lady's toilets which only had 2 regular sized stalls. I fit my walker in with me with great difficulty.The second time I asked about accessable toilets, I got told that they didn't have one.On exiting the building to go out where the auctions are held, the slope from the inside to the outside was fairly high and difficult to maneuver over.

Nothing but issues with my car from day dot, a cheap car became very expensive very quickly. Should of just bought from a dealer with warranty. Auction offered not help what so ever.

Guys please please be aware of this auction, scanning and deleting the faults, I purchased this 2017 Hyundai, next day’s issues with clutch kit and actuator, some one quoted $14000 to get it fix, don’t buy from this seller and scammers

I bought a vw Passat from them on the 20/02023 and it’s says impact damage on the vehicle. But the real thing is it’s has no engine and they didn’t take any pictures of the hood so don’t buy anything from that auction

Staff were really helpful but are restricted by old outdated company policiesCovid-19 should no longer be a factor in whether customers should be able to inspect the vehicle.its the reason why anyone who would want to inspect a salvage vehicle would have a lower max bid
