Love Reece, Jess is a legend and they are so cruisey to work with. Product is always spot on and they are a breeze to exchange in the case that a client wants to upgrade or switch their vision. Can't recommend them enough.

Gouge machine. A simple PVC union they tried to hit me for $50... they are $11 at Bunnings, $7 at Hills Irrigation, and $5 online. Same fitting, same quality, same ratings. Literally no difference, apart from Reece Gouge. This is not the first time they have tried to gouge like champions. If you do a decent project and use Reece you get stung for hundreds more than it should be.

Needed a cistern lid from an older model cistern that is not made anymore.Was told by various other plumbing organisations that I had no hope.Jessica in Brookvale went to bat and helped me out. Got one that was very close, enough I can get away with it after a little modification.Brilliant service.Thanks Jess.

Gouge example #2 went in for a sink cover plate. They charged double what Bunnings charges.Car park was inaccessible but the staff are friendly enough.
