Talks up the win - win ROAS marketing model.Made lots of promises of good returns but did not deliver and during campaign there was very little active management - maybe as we were small fry and they didn't know much about our market. We understood it's a tough world online and don't hold a grudge here.The key issue is that they tried to get us to continue paying even when we exited the contract at 3 months with no positive ROAS (as agreed we could), claiming that Month 1 is a set up" and not included in the 3 month fixed fee period (however the contract does not state anywhere that this 1st month is not included).Would have given 2-3 stars potentially for professionalism except the continual harrassment over the additional payment drops it to 1 star. Would not recommend.Our account manager was Andrew Leggatt."

Very happy with the overall process. I had a friend recommend Will at Move Ahead Media few months ago Nov 2017. I took the plunge and even took Will's advice and redone my very out dated webpage and went from google Ad words pay per click to full SEO. So far we rank better than we ever had. I cannot overemphasis how thrilled I am with the work that Albert and his team at Move Ahead Media have done for my small business and how easy and comfortable the relationship has been.I could leave the review here but it wouldn't do justice to the patience and efficiency I have experienced from Albert throughout this project.Let me explain...I had some outsourced work done in January of this year (2020) by my regular IT company. Within days the team set about fixing them...Albert - ever the one to share good news and keep me engaged - emailed and phoned to say that as a result of the work they had done in fixing all the errors, the pages had already started to climb in the rankings. The report I received highlighted just how many pages had started to climb.And this is just the start...I truly believe that if Albert hadn't persevered and nurtured me as a prospect and developed trust sufficiently to convince me to proceed with the work, I would be out of business.So a heart-felt thank you... you have done everything you promised. EDIT: After receiving multiple phone calls threating to leave bad reviews on my employers business I have modified this review. I did respond to their ad offering a free audit. 3 months ago to their sales pitch. As I receive many emails from the Phillapines and india with the same pitch I I made the assumption it was another unwarted spam email telling them where to put it. Though 3 months to respond to a new sales lead was not satisfactory for any new potential client So in light of this I've changed my rating from 1 Star for 3 stars for at least following up on sales better late than never I guess. (I retract my colourful adjectives and displeasure if mistaking their email as spam and must disclose I did not get to try their products but I find all these companies pitches annoying but cant comment on their quality or services). As i did not proceed with their offer of a free seo audit. Good luck in the future.
