I just LOVE this store. A lot of great fun items to choose from. Staff are always friendly and they always offer to wrap what ever you have bought.

Amazing gifts, for all ages! Including the best boardgames and trivia cards! Would recommend if your interested in funny adult gifts or baby gifts!

Good spot for gifts or random things for decoration. Cool selection of cards. Staff are unfriendly, rarely see them smile or really even say anything at all to customers - seems like a burden if you're asking them for assistance.

Staff who help you even though they dont have too.. i had a staff member go above and beyond for me today. Am grateful. As well as everytime ive been to this store its been a pleasant experience. Thank you guys! Great work

Love this store, such a great collection of wonderful things but the staff aren't particularly friendly and they seem to be slightly inconveniced whenever someone works into the store. I was in there yesterday and the two ladies were so engrossed in their own conversation that when I walked in, it took me saying hello for them to even look up.I walked out without buying anything.

This is in my top three stores in Newtown, it's drool worthy and will be a total hip with anyone who appreciates good product design. My theory is that if you can't find someone a gift here then they are LITERALLY impossible buy for. Stock includes cards, games, house bits, kitchenware, books, desk accessories, some jewellery, novelty items and many other gorgeous things that I can't quite classify.

A gift shop. Variety of items, expensive like all gift shops in Newtown. small & insignificant things for the price you have to pay. Pleasing for young & trendy people: not sure! The lady was friendly & helpful.

Always go to Octopus design and love their range of gifts for children have bought a lot of gifts for my grandchildren there as well as great gifts for adults. Unfortunately this Saturday the 1st August had a bad experience with a salesperson who has spoilt my happy experiences of the store. Bought some Bodum glasses which were wrapped in bubble wrap in a box which she opened and then promptly closed without checking under the bubble wrap.. I then asked if she would mind if I checked under the bubble wrap to which she rudely said that she had already checked... I said that I would like to check under the bubble wrap politely.. to which she took offence and was very sullen with the rest of my sale.. Not happy at the rudeness.. !!

Found this place thru google listed as closest to new town station for gifts, decent collection. Staff ... Felt i had eyes watching and following me the whole time. One of the staff members didn't bother to even move while I was browsing through the store. Eventually I did buy 4 gifts and she was the one who gift wrapped it for me. Brown skin and work clothes doesn't mean we cannot afford to buy @ your store. My 2 cents to the people who own this place - Teach your staff to be more open minded, you don't had to say anything, body language will speak for itself.
