I've been for several treatments and the practitioners I dealt with were great. They took the time to understand my issue and gave a lot of practical advice that I've been able to follow. More importantly my back is feeling much better now!

I highly recommend this Osteo. In my experience Angie and Mark have gone above and beyond to assist in my recovery and management of pain. They are very holistic in the way they work, taking the time to understand the patients history and the bigger picture they are working within. They often direct me to further information and education to further understand the workings of my body and follow up by email if necessary. They are warm and lovely and very knowledgeable people, and I highly recommended this practice.

I booked the Osteopath as I was tight as a drum and had a lot of pain in my lower back. I cycle, lift weights and sit a lot with my job. In one session, Callan Reid was able to release my back, my quads and my calves and I walked out feeling like a different person. I would thoroughly recommend Callan to anyone. Thank you

The team at Fairfield Osteopathy are nothing short of brilliant. I’ve been a patient there for several years and I always feel like a brand new person after an appt. Such healing hands they have! I attended this clinic for back and rib pain as part of a care plan, using most of the sessions trying to resolve that before having a temporary injury to my neck which was almost entirely healed before the osteopath worked on it.The osteopath here hurt my neck so badly it is now magnitudes worse almost a year later with other treatment that I now have to pay for and I've had to just live with what he did. I called to ask if anything could be done about it to expect one of my other appointments to resolve it, even though those appointments did not offer the help needed to resolve the problem caused by this clinic. I am genuinely suffering as a result of the treatment I had here and I am struggling to resolve that, or the problems I originally saw the osteopath for. I am angry and upset about my experiences here and would not recommend anyone with substantial issues attending this clinic as they have only made my health magnitudes worse and as a result my life is much harder to bare.Edit: Sorry doesn't change the fact that I've been struggling to live my life as a direct result of your clinics work. Covid 19 has absolutely nothing to do with my condition, what your clinic did to me, or how awful it is that I have to deal with your clinic degrading my health. It was not a matter of skills not being able to help. It was a case of your clinic directly provoking my health for a problem I wasn't even seeing you for, that is now in a much worse condition and has been left untreated for a year because your clinic does not seem to care enough to resolve the issues you cause. It was not a simple mistake. It was not once. It was 5 times in the same appointment doing the same thing each time on my neck, when I was seeing the osteopath for rib problems. Why do I have to suffer because of the supposed help you offered me? Why do I have to spend thousands of dollars trying to resolve the problem your clinic caused me? Sorry does nothing to my circumstances except make me feel yet again dismissed by medical professionals when I really need help. I needed help resolving my health problems before your clinic made my overall health magnitudes worse. Sorry DOES NOT CUT IT.

My wife and I have both been treated by Osteopaths at the Fairfield Clinic and have always had superb service and support. I particularly like that they don't try to push me into treatment that I don't need but rather focus on helping me learn to change my lifestyle in order to support my physical challenges. My wife has also seen the resident Massage Therapist who is excellent.

So I never normally write reviews, getting me on a laptop outside of work hours takes a lot but I got the most LIFE-CHANGING treatment from Doctor Callan Reid last week. Had been having so much trouble with my back and he completely transformed my week/month/year?!Not an exaggeration to say this was the best thing that has happened to me in 2020! Super professional and will definitely be a part of my long term health plans for 2021 (right up there with the covid vaccine)Thanks Callan! :-)
