First time at TiViLi and I just love the mani/pedi by Tami. She did a beautiful job. Very happy. Those massage chairs were a dream. Perfect way to kick off Friday, and the weekend! I'll definitely be back. Thanks Tami <3

Don’t go here, The woman screamed and shouted at me when I asked for her for gel nails not S and S. So embarrassing. I’ll never go back. They also charged well over the normal price.

Last time I went to Tivili I had the man do my nails who did a terrible job. Took 20 minutes longer than one of the girls who was doing my daughter's nails and the results were poor. Lots of colour all over my fingers, a cut in the skin and really thick SNS. I said to my daughter, let's never go back there. Today, we made the silly mistake and went back. We were both seated to have our toe and finger nails done. We had the man doing both our toe nails at the same time!? We were not told one person would be trying to do us both at the same time. So there would be times one of us would be sitting with nothing happening for 20 minutes or more. Finally one of the girls came and did my daughter's finger nails. I had the man again, and I can't even say how bad the job was. He asked if I was happy and I said NO. It's a mess. He wanted me to sit down and fix it but we'd been there 2 hours and my daughter had to get to work. I saw a friend on the street straight after and she saw my nails and told me to go back and get them fixed. 2 hours and $200 I will now remember NEVER go back to TIVILI in Newport!

I’m a support worker and took my client here to get her nails done.They were rude, aggressive and rough.Very inconsiderate. Disgusting service.Most unfriendly staff I’ve ever encountered!

I felt like the girl and her colleagues were doing me a favour doing my nails, the girl I had started doing my nails then went outside and took a phone call and just left me there.

I’m writing this as I have been going to Tivoli for about a year and have always thought the staff were arrogant and not friendly. However, Tina is a gem and to support her business I continued. Yesterday was my last visit. The staff there are awful, the salon was not clean, key to COVID measures and the manicure and pedicure were terrible. Came home and redid my nails myself .Sorry Tina you lost a good customer.

I’ve never felt so disrespected as a client. I called and asked what time I could come in for manicure shellac. They said 2:30 pm and that it was $40. I arrived on time, but after waiting for 20 min I asked the staff if someone would be with me shortly. They started yelling at me saying everyone there was also booked in and had no other option but to wait because they booked too many clients at the same time. No apologies for making me wait, rude communication. They asked if I could come back another day but I couldn’t. When they started, they were handling my hand with roughness, looking at me and sighing. I tried being kind and saying something positive, but the girl rolled her eyes and said the young girl was doing the bookings and she didn’t know what she was doing. 5 min in, they put the wrong colour on my nails. Luckily I was paying attention and asked them to get the correct one. At the end, when I was completely convinced I am never coming back, they charged me $45.90. When I said I asked on the phone and they told me $40, they didn’t keep their word. They blamed the young girl and still charged me more. Never ever ever support a business that mistreats and misleads a customer that way. Stay away from this place. Dishonest, rude and unapologetic for their awful behaviour.
