This criticism is not of the employees or management at the Tollamd store, as my experience is clearly driven by the corporate office to achieve its commercial targets.Given recent court settlements, it is not a surprise that the leadership of the franchise is pressuring its outlets.Today's pizza (using the online special) was a loaded supreme".A significant portion of the pizza had very little topping (see photos).Service is always exceptional at the Tolland store. Managers are responsive

Domino’s Pizza Tolland
Pizza was reasonable BUT lacked in other departments. Ordered online. Arrived to pickup at the time. Was told another 5 minutes, then again after 5. Eventually they got their, seems my pizza wasn't made after I ordered it. Staff were nothing short of rude, I will assume this is given the pressure they were under.

Burnt garlic scroll. Seriously if u can’t serve or cook a garlic scroll without burn and blame the oven temperature, take it off the menu and don’t sell it. Expect customer eat that just because nothing can’t be done with the temperature of the pizza oven is too much!Called the store and they sent me another one which was slightly better that the first one. Overall I won’t order with them again.

My online order was not correct (could have been my fault?) called store to correct order just as it hit the oven, young bloke I spoke to offered to remake without question and later personally delivered the correct pizza, outstanding service & great, well cooked, tasty pizzas (never thought I'd say that about Dominos!! - well done staff at Tolland!!) 10/10

So my mum rarely orders take out but she’s ordered twice from here & both times they have made a mistake. Firstly, they delivered a large pizza when she paid for & asked for the extra large (which ridiculously is only a large size but more money). This time when she ordered they left off her Pepsi & if your like us you have to ha.” with pizza or it changed the taste of the whole meal. When she asked the young man about the Pepsi instead of saying “oh my bad, they must have made a mistake.” Instead he told my mum “You didn’t order Pepsi.” We both know she did but the level of care for other peoples orders doesn’t matter apparently. Let it be for them & it will be a whole different story. I will say this, you to be more careful with paying attention to what the customer has asked for & making sure everything goes out & correctly for the customer who has paid money for their food. It’s not free giveaway food. Look after the customers as you would yourself, friends & family.

It was not bad experience for me but cannot be said the same way for one of the friends who ordered alongside. Good lord did he have to get the pizza remade 3 times before getting the one he actually ordered....No lights in this joint to actually make people believe if it's open or close, we almost left after driving from car away.Not complaining about the staff but I personally wouldn't prefer to come to this place next time after the amount of time we ended up wasting just waiting for wrong pizza to turn up !!

Terrible experience - ordered 3 pizzas online for delivery. Tracked the cooking on their app until it was ready to only see that it then didn’t move to being delivered. After waiting an hour called store to be told they are now closed and the pizzas will not be delivered and my money will be refunded in 3-5 days. Terribly done. No message or notification of pizzas being cancelled and now have to wait 3-5days to get a refund. If the business was shutting soon it should not have allowed me to place the order and to take my money. Poor service.
