Got the car back after 4 months and it being there 3 times.Water was in the boot, now has rust, damage to interior & Exterior.Was advised car has been detailed a few time as the water in the car had gone rank and smelt like a sewage plant, mind you the car was 6 months old when the crash happened and still had a new car smell. Missing nut that is in plain view.The Manager advises there detail is a vacuum & wipe over with a rag.Clearly by the dust, marks on interior and overspray they used a magic vacuum & rag.

My car arrived on the 19th of January. 2023. Took 9 weeks to ‘fix’. Missing an obvious part when we got it home. Still waiting for the part 4 months later. Had to be ordered from Japan apparently. Communication was always initiated from my husband. We’ve given up. Never ever again. Actually really appalling service. My husband sourced the part from a wreckers paid for it and installed it himself. Pathetic.

Awesome customer service from the manager Mike. Very thorough and fastidious at inspecting every aspect of the damage to my ute. Receptionist was extremely helpful and I am very confidence after talking to both of them that the repairs will be the best available anywhere. Thanks for a first class experience!!

Super impressed with the excellent customer service, exceptional workmanship and overall positive customer experience! Received the quote within 2 hours, booked the car in for the next day and now the paint job looks as good as new! Alot of issues caused by the insurance. Things made harder by the insurance causing them not to have the money for the time needed. End result has been achieved but note somethings are out of these guys control they are here to make money but it's a tuff balance.

Top place to deal with. The staff are really friendly and very professional. They fitted my car repair into a very busy schedule and got it back to me on time. It looks brand new now (which it didn't after I had collected a kangaroo!). I highly recommend these good folk :)
